What is your return policy?
At Odds & Bends, I want you to love your purchase as much as I do. If you have any concerns with your order, contact me within 21 days of receiving for a refund or store credit.
Why is my packaging different each time?
With sustainability always being at the forefront of my mind, I try to thrift or recycle all of my packaging. This means my paper for my origami pouches, my twine, my note paper etc. may be different depending on what I've sourced. I like to think it adds a personalised touch to every parcel.
When will I get my order?
I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible however, as a sole operator, there may be slight variations in shipping times. For domestic shipping, I aim for delivery in 3-5 business days from confirmation of order.

How much does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping within Australia is free when you spend over $25. Otherwise, standard shipping is $5 and tracked shippin is $10.
At the moment, we are only able to ship within Australia.
